	How does The Roland Group work? When you contact us, our project managers will immediately get to work to provide you with portfolios and estimates that fit your style, budget and deadline. Portfolio material will be sent to you via e-mail or overnight shipping, depending on your needs. The Roland Group handles all the business and financial aspects of your project so our illustrators are free to concentrate on their art. Does it cost more to work with an illustrator through The Roland Group? No, our fee comes from the illustrator, not from you. And the illustrators don’t increase their fees to compensate. After all, we save them time and money by managing their business. Can I talk with the illustrator directly? Yes, as soon as the project is awarded, we put you in direct contact with the illustrator for the creative part of the process. How many illustrators are part of The Roland Group? We have twelve illustrators in our core group, but if none of them fit your style, budget or deadline, we work with many others on a project-by-project basis.
What if I’m not sure of the illustration style that’s right for my project? Some clients contact us knowing which of our illustrators they want to work with, but others ask us for help. Our project managers are experts in determining what style works best for your client’s target market, budget and deadline. What if I haven’t seen the style on your site that I was looking for? Our illustrators have other styles of work that are not represented on our site. Just e-mail or fax us a sample of the style you are looking for. We’ll even search for illustrators you’ve seen or heard about outside our core group. Who do I contact if I want to work with the same illustrator on another project? All assignments should be booked through The Roland Group. In addition, when you recommend our illustrator, please make your referral to The Roland Group as well.
